National capacity / public record

Clear about the vision.
Clear about the facts.

All six national capacity initiatives are at concept stage. Their pages explain the public purpose and intended benefits. They do not announce active infrastructure projects or measured results.

NC–02 through NC–06 each use two labeled AI-generated concept images. The settings and people are fictional. Iron Corridor retains its separately attributed supplied visual and illustrative network map. None is evidence of an operating UAF project or government affiliation.

Verified organizational information, applicable public filings, financial reporting, and actual program results will be made available as appropriate. No tax-exempt status or donation deductibility is claimed until verified.

Public reporting will respect applicable disclosure obligations and the privacy of people and legitimately confidential records.
